Privacy Policy

Updated August 2026Terms of Service

Qbit Games™ ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information you give us

Contact form. Your name, email address, subject, and message, so we can read and answer your enquiry.

Job applications. If you apply for a role we collect the details you enter on the application form — your name, email address, location and timezone, Discord handle, Roblox username, portfolio and reference links, cover letter, availability, earliest start date, and years of experience — together with any CV or résumé file you upload. This information is used to assess your application and is read by the Qbit Games™ staff involved in hiring.

Information collected automatically

IP address. Recorded when you submit a form, to prevent spam and enforce rate limits.

Aggregate analytics. We use first-party, cookieless analytics hosted within this website. It records page views, referrers, device and browser type, and an approximate country, region, or city over date ranges. Raw IP addresses are not stored for analytics, and analytics is never used to identify an individual visitor.

How we use your information

We use what we collect only to respond to your enquiry, to assess your job application, to prevent spam and abuse, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How messages reach us

Messages and applications submitted here are transferred securely to our internal operations system. Confirmations and replies are sent from Qbit Games™ Support at support@qbitgames.net.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request, and applications for as long as we are considering you for a role or a future one. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do.

Changes

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page with a new date above.
